Directions from North and South

• Exit M1 at Junction 24 and take the A453 to Nottingham. You will go past Ratcliffe Power Station.
• Continue on the A453 for approximately 7 miles until you pass Nottm University on your LHS. Continue over a set of lights and then filter to the left (do not go over the flyover) following the signs for A52 Grantham and West Bridgford.
• At the roundabout under the junction turn left - follow road for 1/4 mile and then turn right at a mini roundabout onto ring road south / A52 Grantham.
• After two miles major roundabout continue straight on following signs for A52 Grantham. After 1 mile at the next roundabout (garden centre and office units on LHS) turn right following signs – A606 to Melton.
• Continue down this road for 2 miles through Tollerton, then turn right at first set of lights (Total garage on LHS) junction 100 yds past lights.
• Follow road for 1 mile to Keyworth. Stay on this road through “S” bend and at Fairway pub follow road round to left.
• Plumtree Group 50yds up on RHS.

The nearest railway stations are Nottingham and Loughborough stations which are both served by Midland Mainline and Central Trains.

By Air
