Invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes can be scanned and published into DART EDM from any location, and general office documentation can be easily added through the desktop. The documents can be indexed on content and also include several customer specific index fields for search and retrieval e.g. by number, customer information, demographics, department, date and time etc.

Users can search their entire document warehouse instantly, email, fax or print documents in seconds, and utilise a document note manager and call back facility. As a result, documents are quickly and dynamically sent to the correct place.
